Why the Black Negroni? Well, moving away from the signature Italo-red complexion, we’re bringing a recipe that is absent of all colour, yet vibrant in flavour. It still pays homage to a classic negroni with its bitter, lightly sweet, citric and refreshing characteristics, but with a little extra special… a delicate note of berries.
Again, we collaborated with a team of local barkeepers to design a recipe that balances your favourite negroni blend with something singular. It’s an animated concoction, playing with sweetness without the palate-numbing sugar, and wonderfully aromatic.
