RECIPES

MASQUERADE TONIC

5cl Illusionist MASQUERADE
15cl Tonic Water (e.g. Fevertree Indian)
Orange zest
Rosemary sprig

Fill the glass with ice, Masquerade and fill up with Tonic Water of your choice. Garnish with an orange zest or rosemary sprig.

MASQUERONI

3 cl Illusionist Masquerade
3 cl Alcohol-free Aperitif (e.g. Martini Vibrante)
3 cl San Bitter
Orange zest

Combine all ingredients with 5-6 ice cubes in a mixing vessel and stir until chilled. Strain into a tumbler with fresh ice cubes and garnish with an orange zest.

CHICAGO LIGHTNING

5 cl Illusionist Masquerade
1 cl Lemon juice
4 cl Grape juice (red or white)
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 eggwhite
Lemon zest

Combine Masquerade, lemon juice, grape juice and eggwhite with 5-6 ice cubes in a shaker. Shake for ca. 20 seconds until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice with fresh ice cubes. Add a few drops of Angostura Bitters on top of the foam crown and finesse with a lemon zest.
